In a gentle and empowering manner, John helps the viewer to understand that the journey through grief will take time, energy and determination. He discusses the pitfalls that may be encountered on the journey and what a bereaved person can do to make the journey smoother. John tells it like it is, yet offers hope and encouragement to those who find themsleves on this journey.
